At Vlour, each fragrance is a work of art, meticulously crafted to deliver an exquisite olfactory experience. Due to the rarity and exclusivity of our perfumes, all sales are final. However, we understand that in rare cases, concerns may arise.
1. Quality Assurance & Limited Replacement:
We ensure that every bottle meets the highest standards. In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or defective product, we offer a replacement or refund only under the following conditions:
You must report the issue within 24 hours of delivery by emailing vlour.india@gmail.com with:
A clear image of the product showing the defect.
A detailed description of the issue.
Once our team verifies the claim, a replacement or refund will be issued at our discretion.
2. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Policy :
Change of mind returns are not accepted. Due to the nature of luxury perfumes, we cannot accommodate refunds or exchanges beyond quality-related concerns.
Requests made after 24 hours of delivery will not be considered.
3. Non-Refundable Items:For a replacement to be approved, the product must be returned in its original condition, unused, and with all premium packaging elements intact, including:
Vlour-branded logo, ribbon, thermocol balls, orange grass, and outer/inner packaging.
Products with missing, damaged, or altered packaging will not qualify for replacement.
4. Additional Return Guidelines:
Product must not be used, altered, or washed.
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
Packages sent via Cash on Delivery (COD) are not eligible for refunds. COD returns may be rejected, or the COD amount may be deducted from the refund.
5.How to Request a Refund or Replacement:
If the product is damaged upon delivery or you notice any issues, please email us at vlour.india@gmail.com with a description of the problem and a clear picture of the damaged item within 24 hours of delivery.

6. Customer Responsibility:
Please ensure that the product is stored in a safe and dry place. Once the product is delivered and the courier departs, Vlour cannot be held responsible for any issues caused by improper handling or storage.
