Refund Policy

At Vlour, we take pride in creating high-quality natural essence perfumes. We understand that sometimes a purchase may not meet your expectations, and we want to ensure that your experience with us is positive.

1. Product Quality Issues :
If you notice any defects or issues with the product at the time of delivery (e.g., damaged packaging or defective items), please contact us immediately at vlour.india@gmail.com.  You must provide a clear picture of the defective product along with a description of the issue. We will provide a full refund or
 replacement upon confirmation of the defect, but this must be done within 24 hours of delivery.

2. Product Quality Issues :                                We do not accept returns or issue refunds after 24 hours from delivery. Please ensure to check the product carefully upon receipt.

3. Non-Refundable Items:                                Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for items that are not defective.

4. Additional Return Guidelines:

  • Product must not be used, altered, or washed.

  • Product must have  logo attached, including Ribbon ,Thermocol balls, and orange grass, and be returned in original packaging.

  • Product returned without the original Logo, or with a damaged Logo or packaging and without  

    (ribbin thermocal balls, and orange grass)

    including inner and outer packaging, may result in a delayed refund or may not qualify for a refund.

Shipping and Handling: Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Packages that arrive COD may be denied, or the COD amount may be deducted from your return.

5.How to Request a Refund or Replacement:

  • If the product is damaged upon delivery or you notice any issues, please email us at vlour.india@gmail.com with a description of the problem and a clear picture of the damaged item within 24 hours of delivery.

 Our team will review your case and get back to you with the next steps.

6. Customer Responsibility:

Please ensure that the product is stored in a safe and dry place. Once the product is delivered and the courier departs, Vlour cannot be held responsible for any issues caused by improper handling or storage.
